Yes, absolutely! If you're after something extra special get in touch here.
Can I purchase multiple quantities of the same piece of jewellery?
All pieces of jewellery within the catalogue are handcrafted and one of a kind! MBM jewellery is not mass produced by a manufacturer.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
Unfortunately due to the majority of work being custom/one off pieces, returns and exchanges are currently not possible.
I think my item is faulty, what happens now?
If your piece is believed to be faulty*, A repair or refund will be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Each case will be reviewed individually to assess if the damage has been caused by wear and tear or faulty workmanship.
You must have proof of purchase which can be in the form of Store Receipt, Email Order Confirmation or Bank Statement.
* A faulty item is defined as not being of the quality that you reasonably expected when it was purchased, bearing in mind how the item was described to you prior to purchase - or unfit for purpose, meaning that the item doesn’t do what you reasonably expected it would.

Standard Aus Post shipping: $15
Express Aus Post shipping: $30
Do you offer international shipping?

Shipping costs will vary depending on location and selected courier.
Can I track my delivery?
